Janina founded STARS in 1996 after completing her degree in Aeronautical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. What began as an agency providing promoters and supporting programmes for conferences and trade fairs evolved under her leadership into a full-service event management agency.
She leads conferences and large-scale projects across Europe, building on the agency’s long-standing international experience and partnerships.
Janina is also active in lifestyle and fashion events, developing the FASHION STARS NIGHT project, and is responsible for the strategic direction of STARS and oversight of key projects.

Jindra is a brand strategy consultant specialising in brand principles, portfolio architecture and brand language.
She gained her professional experience at Preciosa Lighting, where she led marketing and communications, contributed to the development of the Crystal Valley regional brand and worked on interdisciplinary projects at TBA21. She currently operates as an independent consultant in collaboration with Mindcollective.
At STARS, she brings structure and process-driven leadership that helps translate strategy into everyday practice. She contributes to communication, internal processes and the establishment of brand standards.

Vojta has been part of the STARS EVENTS team since 2015. Building on his production background, he is responsible for managing the preparation and execution of events while maintaining long-term client relationships and consistent service quality.
He combines creativity and flexibility with strong organisational skills, supported by precise logistics and budget control.
During his time at STARS, he has delivered more than 70 projects in 7 countries for Salesforce, the world’s leading CRM platform. His work ensures professional production delivery, a high standard of service and stable client partnerships.

Rowen graduated from Southern Cross University Lismore and began his professional career in tourism management. His key experience includes leading the international hotel programme for Virgin Holidays and organising prestigious medical, scientific and corporate events for multinational clients.
Over more than 25 years of practice, he has delivered projects across six continents and gained extensive experience in international production and client services.
At STARS, he serves as Account Director, leading projects from initial concept through execution to final evaluation, with responsibility for client communication and production processes.

Marta has many years of experience in event management gained through scientific, medical, fashion and lifestyle projects. She has worked as a project manager, project coordinator and backstage manager across conferences, fashion shows and hair shows.
At STARS, she supports the production team and ensures smooth event delivery through a systematic approach, the ability to work in dynamic environments and a strong attention to detail.
Her experience strengthens reliability and precision across production projects.

Veronika has a professional background spanning the Czech Republic, Germany and Mexico, where she worked in event management, project coordination and client communication in international environments.
She stands out for her precise organisation, consistency and ability to manage complex projects with a strong focus on detail. She is fluent in Czech, English, Spanish and German.
At STARS, she ensures professional communication and smooth event delivery across teams and international settings.

Nikol has a background in PR and marketing for fashion and lifestyle brands. She gained professional experience as a PR Specialist at VERMONT, managing brands including GANT, Peak Performance, La Martina and Karl Lagerfeld.
Her career later expanded into the jewellery segment, working with Omega and Chopard, followed by a focus on online communication and influencer marketing.
At STARS, she brings expertise in brand communication, visual presentation and digital content, supporting both project visibility and the agency’s consistent brand presence.

Renata has been part of the STARS EVENTS team since 2006 and has extensive experience in administration, finance and office operations.
She is responsible for the agency’s day-to-day operations and supervises administration and finance for STARS EVENTS and its subsidiary companies.
Renata is a stable pillar of internal processes and contributes significantly to the efficient functioning of production teams.
