In mid-October 2024, Salesforce hosted Agentforce World Tour in Lausanne for more than a thousand visitors at the SwissTech Convention Centre, where technology and human creativity met. Our experienced STARS EVENTS team was responsible for the complete onsite event branding and provided high quality photo and video services. In addition, coordinated communication with partners and prepared their 28 custom expo booths, according to global Salesforce guidelines. We also prepared Keynote and Breakout Rooms, supplied and equipped partner Expo booths and Demo Pods.

Innovations in AI, CRM and data management played a major role at Agentforce World Tour Lausanne, transforming the ways companies interact with their customers. The event kicked off in the morning with a keynote for all innovation enthusiasts and continued into the evening with workshops and demos. Topics such as customer experience and new technologies that help companies get a head start were discussed. The event ended with an enjoyable networking session where attendees enjoyed the opportunity to chat with industry leaders over drinks.

In October 2024, key financial services players gathered in the heart of Frankfurt at the prestigious Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer for the exclusive Salesforce 2024 Summit. Under the theme "Fit for (20)25 - Trends, Technology and Transformation", the event attracted industry leaders to share their latest visions and experiences. Hands-on keynotes, interactive workshops and networking - all with one goal in mind: to introduce attendees to the innovations that will transform the financial services industry in the years to come.

Our STARS EVENTS team was responsible for the overall production and logistics of the summit - finding and selecting a suitable location, complete technical support for the two stages, providing the registration system including local hostesses, coordinating the location and catering. We are also very pleased to have been the first team to have the opportunity to create the overall branding of the event according to a completely new manual - and at a global level.

It was a great honour for us to organise the opening of the new premises of the ARTMEDICA clinic in Žatecká Street, Prague 1, under the leadership of the renowned MUDr. Kateřina Adamcová. For this important occasion we prepared an unforgettable stylish afternoon. Fragrant flowers and balloons in the typical colours of the clinic - white and gold - dominated the event. The atmosphere was complemented by delicious finger foods and an exclusive bar with specially mixed GT drinks from our favourite bartender.

The program was guided by Dana Morávková, while our hostesses from EHOSTESKA took care of the guests' comfort. They, including clinic clients, friends and media representatives, had the opportunity to see the modernly equipped clinic premises, which promise first-class care and individual approach to each patient. Guests could not only enjoy the luxurious catering, but also toast the health and success of the new clinic with a glass of Crémant.

It was an adrenaline rush until the very last moment. After the lengthy renovation of the former MÁJ department store and just before its premises were opened to the general public again, we were part of the organizing team responsible for the program and logistics of the 2day opening extravaganza for partners, investors and VIP guests. Our primary role was to deliver the program (and related technical and production support) across the nine floors of the building with the aim of entertaining the attendees from morning to midnight

Nearly 100 hostesses, 14 hours/day of non-stop entertainment, and Prague skyline views to die for... it was a one-of-a-kind event!

For our client, the #1 CRM company Salesforce, we returned to Warsaw again to bring together all local Trailblazers in one place and on one day to discover the future of business together and above all to show in practice how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing various industries. During this day packed with sessions on a total of 4 stages, we showcased practical solutions, the latest innovations and effective strategies.

Our STARS EVENTS team was in charge of overall event logistics, securing the location, complete technical solution and event. staff, catering and program. An integral part of our role was also communication with the partners of the event, for whom we secured their exhibition stands according to Salesforce's global guildelines. The complete expo consisted of a total of 13 partner booths, 10 Salesforce Demopods, 2 Meterboards booths and also an Outforce zone where the Salesforce team spread awareness about equality in the work environment.

We are glad that we had the opportunity to meet again after a year with 1,600+ local Trailblazers and partners of the event.

We had the honor again to participate in cooperation with the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland at the Birthday Celebration of King Charles III. This year's theme was not only the birthday celebration itself, but the entire celebration was also thematically accompanied by a program line reflecting the common Czech-British history - 25 years of the Czech Republic in NATO, 75 years of NATO and also the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings.

The highlight of the program was the participation of Mr. President Petr Pavel, who together with Matt Field, the British Ambassador to the Czech Republic, presented the award to the last living Czech in the RAF, Mr. Colonel Jiří Pavl Kafka.

Not only the PartyLeaders band took care of the musical performance as part of the celebration, but this year the Embassy Band, made up of embassy employees, including the ambassador himself, also gave a premium performance.

We are pleased that we are a European agency and that we are increasingly expanding into the German market as well. Evidence of this is, for example, the Heart Of Service Summit event, which we had the opportunity to prepare and complete for our client Salesforce at the end of April 2024.

The goal of the event was to invite local ServiceBlazers and explore artificial intelligence in customer service, networking, sharing inspiring stories, and exchanging best practices for implementing Salesforce's Service Cloud solutions.

We are a turnkey operator of a complete event for the client, apart from professional content and speakers - we greatly appreciate the trust in our STARS EVENTS team and our professional services. Our role was also communication with partners, conclusion of the contract and collection of partner fees. As part of the event, in addition to classic photo and video documentation, I am a small studio for filming short medallions with key partners, which are communicated on the ServiceBlazers community throughout the year.

We are strong and confident in the foreign events and projects! The proof is also that together with Salesforce, we returned to Vienna after a year with the Salesforce Innovation Day Vienna event. For this event, we secured an exclusive venue in the heart of Vienna – the MAK museum.

This format offered participants a day-long event full of lectures in the Keynote Stage and Rock Stage, inspiration and networking. Also the chance to learn the hottest news from Dreamforce 2023 and why connecting data + AI + CRM is the future of business based on customer trust.

This time, too, we tailored the complete event to the client. We were in charge not only of choosing and booking a suitable location, but also of all event logistics, catering, staffing and audio-visual equipment with professional service. An integral part was also the provision of thematic decorations and complete branding. Visitors could also meet directly with representatives of various Salesforce products in the Salesforce Lounge or network with partners at the Expo, for which we provided united and stylish exhibition stands.
